Cannot Update

I purchased a Start 52 in Jan 2019, and cannot update any map in the past two months, although the current map is really old (the version 20 months ago).

Whenever, I try to update, my GPS tells me "Please try again. If the update fails again, contact customer support at www.tomtom.com/support"

    Reboot, hold power button in until you here tomtom sound like a drum then let go its done. then sign into your account and plug it into computer and try again.

    Now it is solved. I tried three different computers, and it can update when connected to one of them. Thanks.
