i can not get into my drive or get started on my sat nav

i have just changed provider and forgot to swap my old email my new email can`t get into tomtom support
they keep send emails that do not help me

    As you have logged in here I assume you have created a new TT account.

    What Sat nav have you got?

    Can you not log into your old MyDrive Account when the unit is not attached and see your unit listed there.
