Hi!
I do my interval training as part of a group so the times and distances vary depending on the coach. Is there any way of starting my watch and it recognising my run as an interval run rather than me having to pause it after every interval? I currently get inaccurate average pace readings as my watch doesn't know it's interval training.
Thanks

No there is not. Intervals training has to be preset, it cannot be done on the fly. You can use manual laps and just start a new lap with each interval.0
