I have changed my e-mail adress to my TomTom account, but my device asks for my password for my old e-mail. It does not work with the password I used. When I try to say I've forgot my password, I'm told my e-mail is unknown.
How can I change my e-mail adress on my device? As it is, I'm not able to send routs and waypoints from my computer to the divice.
Can you please help me?

Hi, you cannot change the email address for your TomTom account. You should be able to create a new TomTom Account using a different email address. You may need assistance of a moderator. Note my user name MyNameAllreadyExists! That is because I had an old TomTom account with a previous TomTom device. I cannot use my own name which is what I attempted to do.6
