Go wifi 60 wont boot up black screen,

It was working 30 min ago ,when I switch off the car. When restart the car .the screen was black. The power light light is ion.

When you say the Power light is On I assume you mean on the CiG Light socket that comes with the Unit used to plug into the car Socket.
Can you take the unit out of its cradle and connect the cable directly into the GO620 wifi. This will test to see if the Cradle has failed. if the cradle has failed then the battery has drained so if you plug the cable in it will charge it and should then turn on. There is no charging light on the unit. If this does not work try a different cable to see if it is the cable.
If it is still a failure is it still under warranty?
