Updates on GO 6200 WiFi

go 6200 wifi. last update/download successfully installed map but not cameras (can no longer see them on map) device says it is up to date so cannot try download again or can I ? Is there any way to force another download or is there a problem. My internet connection is ok with average speeds of 50meg.

    You could try Customer Support and get them to check your Account.
