Melbourne traffic restrictions change during different time of day

In Melbourne Australia and I'm pretty sure other parts of Australia such as Sydney has traffic restrictions such as no right turn during certain hours of the day which is not being reflected in the current maps. I can supply screen shots if required or exact locations. How do I submit these to the TomTom map enhancements teams?
