No Maps Available GO 5100

in Devices using MyDrive Connect
Just bought my GO 5100, tried to update the map of UK with the hope of later installin map for africa. Now there is "no maps installed" on my tomtom, I can no longer use my GPS.

Please help!

    Have you got a Micros SD Card installed for the Europe map?

    Hi @olaoshodi

    OThank you. I then suggest that you do instal a 16gb or 32gb Micro SD Class 10 card as the Full European Maps are now so big, circa 8GB, they will not fit on your internal memory.

    When you put the card in the TT unit should ask you what you want it Formatted for so select Map.
