I would delete the file from Download and then redownload it from here

If still a problem maybe try turning Norton Off.

Double Click on file in the Download folder and it should start the Installation of the Software onto your computer. When asked set it to put an Icon on your Desktop which you can click on to start MyDrive Connect..

When you try to install the software, you use a PC user account with administrator rights?
