Issues with MyDriveConnect

I have downloaded MyDriveConnect onto my new laptop but it remains in the download folder. It does not activate when I connect my TomTom Start 25. How do I get it to activate? The laptop has windows 10 and norton security.

    Hi @mwcreasey

    Double Click on file in the Download folder and it should start the Installation of the Software onto your computer. When asked set it to put an Icon on your Desktop which you can click on to start MyDrive Connect..

    Douglap. I tried this, the 'do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?' window appears. I have tried both yes and no answers, the window disappears but nothing further happens. I am confused

    When you try to install the software, you use a PC user account with administrator rights?

    Hi Doug. For whatever reason, using the address you posted the download worked correctly and is now installed on my laptop. Many thanks for help. Mike
