I can't get the TOMTOM GO 50 to load maps from Mydrive Connect

My Drive Connect shows the device as connected but maps or updates will not load and the device keeps restarting.
My Drive shows one map as being corrupt but the repair options doesn't work either.

My reader indicates that a card is corrupt, but the repair options do not work either.
you have to uninstall a corrupt card

In MyDrive Connect can you click on the picture of the Map it says is Corrupt and then ask it to be removed form the GO50. Then when finished reload it again.
