How can I add Commercial Centres to my tomtom's POI choices?

If you are referring to Commercial Centres within the POI data on your unit then it it not possible to pick that category out of all the data and have it shown on the map.

You could try to find a 3rd party POI File which contains Commercial Centres you are interested in and load that onto your unit and have them displayed on the map.
