My Products list....blank

Hi,
When in "My Products" and I click on "How to add your product" it takes me to a page that describes the product, but I cant find any information on how to add the device or its maps etc to my account.
I hope you can help me?

    I'm concerned that although I have the new GO 520 WiFi, and 3 maps installed, that nothing is registered on my account. My apologies if I'm not describing it properly.
