I've used .ov2, .csv, and .kml files with POIViewer and I believe that POIViewer supports .gpx files as well.
POIViewer is a standalone app for managing POIs. You can import POIs (.ov2, .csv, .kml, and .gpx) into POIViewer, select the POI of your choice and get POIViewer to launch TomTom Go Mobile with that POI as your destination.
Yes, POIViewer can be used for navigation when used with TomTom Go Mobile.
POIViewer holds your POIs and when you select the POI (in POIViewer), hit the "Directions" button and then you will be given a list of SatNav apps on your iPhone and TomTom Go will be one of those apps, tap on the TomTom Go icon and TomTom Go will be launched with the POI as your destination.
Ah, I see. No, you can't load or import .GPX GPS routes, and I don't think that you will ever be able to. TomTom Go Mobile iOS app is now over 3 years old and has less functionality that the TomTom SatNav app that it replaced!
On iOS I would use Osmand. Together with TT speed cameras app.
Sorry I don't use GPS routes so I can't recomend any method there. As for speed cameras, I find TomTom's own data useless so I use CamerAlert app with PocketGPSWorld camera database.
Same thing,
I'm starting to loose patience while waiting for this very basic feature,
I'll probably won't extend my subscription...
I wonder if there is any product manager in this company !

.GPX routes is not possible and I wonder (and many with) if it will ever be possible.
