Tomtom go 6100 got stuck on tomtom logo and pc not see the nav or sd card

Hi All
I cannot find similar problem in the ethernet , my tomtom go 6100 got stuck on tomtom logo and will not boot up the system . Also is invisible when connected to pc at all but its charging, does not see sd card too. I have tried restart reset and always will come back to the screen with tomtom logo.
Its there any way that I could place the system on sc card and try start it, I dont know what to do. any suggestions are welcome.

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

I suspect a call to Customer Support is needed.

Have you tried starting it with the SD card removed if you have one in it.
