Faulty USB lead during update caused GO 5000 to crash, restore not curing problem, what to do?

Restore function carried out several times. Shows 100% and then reboots Sat Nav. Progress line goes to about 50% then stops. After about 3 minutes the rotating wheel appears and My Drive Connect attempts another restore.

Okay wait a little while to see if there is a response for the email now that they will be back at work. If you don't hear try ringing.
