Going around in circles. Told that I should take action in relation to the above and then told that my GO730 is no longer supported. Thus, can't seem to get the GPSWNRO downloaded to my device. Is TomTom suggesting that I now put a perfectly good SatNav into the bin??

In addition, TomTom has indicted that there is not enough Internal Memory and suggests removing data from it to make room. What can i remove? Why can't the additional memory be available by incorporating external memory on an SD card?0

Hi @UnhappyGO730
If you have updated it after 18 December 2018 to software VERSION 9.541 you are okay.0 -
I have Version 9.510. Yet, they released in December Version 9.541 which, according to them, prepares your navigation device for the week number rollover in April 2019 which has an impact on GPS . Can't get that update!!0

Hi Douglap. Thanks for your response. The system will NOT allow me to update to VERSION 9.541. Any suggestions? Thanks0

1. Make a backup of your unit's content. Use a manual method, not Home. See here:
https://www.tomtomforums.com/threads/how-to-backup-the-contents-of-your-unit-to-the-computer-and-how-to-restore-it.17864/
2. Use Windows File Manager to delete all the loose files in the root of the device. Loose files are all those NOT in a folder.
3. Connect the device to Home and see if the proper application is offered now.
If not................
