GO 620 WiFi Update - Failure OOPS - Something went wrong - try again" message.

Having problems updating my GO620 device.

Every attempt ends with an "OOPS - Something went wrong - try again" message.

I've rebooted and restored to factory settings but with no success.

Any solutions would be great

    You are trying to get the downloads using WiFi, correct? If so and you have issues, you can use the usb cable that came with the device and MyDriveConnect running BUT minimized.

    Yes that's correct dhn, although I have now tried using the usb cable and MyDriveConnect (minimized) and still get the same error. (oops - something went wrong - please try again.

    What model Tomtom have you got.

    if it is a GO620 as referred to in the heading of this topic are you connecting it to the Wifi directly or via your PC.

    I should have confirmed earlier, I found out that although my Tom Tom 620 was connected to Wi-fi the router was blocking the connection. Once I confirmed device was safe everything updated properly.
