Live problems...

Hi, I cannot get connected to the network, thus no Live services appear. License 12 months procured Dec 2018.
Haven´t got it working still.
Anyone who can help out? License bought but cannot use it!

Product: Tomtom Go Live 1005.

App: 12.075.3065980.74
Language: Swedish

Characteristics:
- No network
- "Wait"-status when asking to display tomtom services

Btw, seems that the entire support dept at Tomtom has checked out?
