Hi,
the 6100 permanently dropped connection to MyDrive. Looking through the recommendations in the different fora, I unplugged and replugged the device in order to get the downloads done. However, during the update of the device, the conncection was lost again with the result that ALL maps on my device are lost. and I get the message to go to the TomTom shop to download the latest maps. Somebody must be joking here.
Could you please let me know how to proceed? I am using a Window 10 Pro PC.
Best,
Martin

Hi
@MCL
Always plug directly in to a USB Port NEVER via a USB Hub
Re "Download/installation interrupted".....
Are your USB ports set for power saving "USB Selective Suspend"
The Computer Manufacturers appear to be setting "USB Selective Suspend" to ON as default
Especially Laptops, maybe to improve the look of the battery life
