Upgrade Subscription for GO Mobile on the website?

Hi,

I was wondering, is it possible to upgrade my subscription for the GO Mobile app on the TomTom website somewhere, somehow? I am having some (self-imposed) problems buying the upgrade from within the app on my smartphone. Is the in-app purchase the only way to extend the subscription?

    I don't know what your "(self-imposed) problems" are but note that you can perform subscription purchases using any Android device that you care to temporarily install the app and to log into Google Play with your account, so not just the one you plan to use for navigation. Maybe that helps.
