I have a Tomtom Spark Music. I used it for 2 years, then the monitor died. I used the warranty and I send it back to the company. They changed it with another clock (probably regenerated). I thought it was a fantastic service .... It was not true!!!!! The new device has a terrible battery, I plug in for 3-4 hours and it lasts less than 30 minutes!! Is it possible? Has someone the same problem?

If you search the forums you will find this is a known issue for many users with the recent updates. Try letting the battery fully drain and then do a factory reset and if that does not work go to this post and ask the moderator to roll back your firmware version to 1.3.255 which may fix it.
