POI problem

I have downloaded POIs in the ov2 format on to my drive, but they will not sync to my device.
TomTom professional 520.
I have tried via the usb connection, and have reset the device but still no POIs

    Hi @chevarry

    I assume the POI files are showing on MyDrive. Have you logged into the same TT account on your 520.

    How much free space have you on the internal memory. If it is less than 400mb then POI files will not download to your unit. If that is the car e then you need to sort out moving the Map to a Micro SD Card.
