Rider 550 Condensation in screen

Hi,

Just got my new Rider 550 out of the box and took it for its first spin. The device is great however almost the entire screen has condasation in side it after about 1 hour. Is there aneasy fix?

    That's been happening since the 400 was released so no fix

    When using your Rider 4/5xx make sure the two rubber bungs are all ways FULLY SEATED and flush with the outer case...

    Or Google "Wet Phone"
    Caution... If you opt for the bag of rice method make sure you thoroughly wrap the device in Kitchen paper towel to stop the grains of DRY rice entering the external ports

    Thanks, i have sent it back to be repaired under warranty. TBF no quibbles. To great on first outing though
