Watch not holding charge

My Tomtom spark watch isn't staying charged for more than about 30min. I charge it for several hours yet it goes flat almost immediately.

I haven't changed the way I use it in any way but it's been gradually getting worse over the last 2 months. The only device I use with it is my blue tooth headphones and it doesn't sync to my phone. It's also out of warranty.

I've emailed Tomtom directly but thought I'd ask on here too. An thoughts?
