Connect to MyDrive

Hi, i have a problem whit my device He does not answer at my actions . He starts but does not charge the maps and he show me a picture whit him and a computer , this computer is disconected . I try to connect to MyDrive but same problem.What is the problem and how it can be solved. I put the picture attached. Thanks

    The problem has been solved. The battery was the fault.

    Hi @ManuelDorin

    I think while the update of the NavCore, the internal software of the device, there was a problem (internet connection cut / connection too weak / maps downloaded at the same time)

    Your GO6250 Pro wifi needs to reinstall its NavCore, it is in Recovery Mode.
    For this, you must use the MyDrive Connect software installed on a computer and your cable.

    Your device will restart during the process, wait and leave it connected to the PC until it has a normal display.
