Speed camera subscription linked to the device or to your account?

Hello,
Is a speed camera subscription linked to the device or to your account? I ask this because I want to sell my Go 5000, including a 11 month speed camera subscription.
Because I have now bought a new TomTom Go 5200, where I no longer need a speed camera subscription. Both devices are registered under one account. Please let me know how this works, thank you in advance!

    All services (lifetime maps and Speedcam or whatever) is linked to the Serialnumber of a device.
    So that the new owner can register it on his account, you have to reset it to factory defaults
