I would suggest that you contact customer service as they might have to check some backend settings to redownload a fresh map..

Yeah, contact customer service except there is no customer service. How about a phone number? Your link is useless. It takes you to the main support page. Not to anything related to the no maps found problem. When you search for that, you get this page. More than useless. I am starting to hate TomTom. I've spend all night looking for answers to my problem and there is none.
The post you are referring too was in 2019 and therefore pre covid and since then the method for contacting customer support has changed.
