Why is it so hard to contact customer support, at one time it was so simple, now you have to have a degree and a lot of searching. 2 hours now back and orward through their pages and still cannot get to Contact Support. I have a device that needs to go in for repair, and I cant get anywhere. Why is customer Support now so hard to contact?

Can anyone help me please.
