Tomtom Cadence sensor not connecting to watch, connects to 3rd party app on phone

Good day,

I am unable to connect my cadence sensor to my tomtom watch, so to see if it is the sensor i connected it to a 3rd party app on my phone, connects fine.
The HR sensor connects fine to the watch.

    After connecting it to the phone are you then removing it from the phone? BT is a one-to-one relationship so it may be that the phone is stealing the signal from the watch (it does not even need to be in the same room to do it), Unpair it from the phone or turn off the phone and try again. Also, make sure that the watch is very close to the sensor to get the initial lock.
