Logs not getting loaded even after sync/update

I've been trying to upload workouts from yesterday, and so far have been unsuccessful. It's weird that nothing's working despite connecting the watch to the docking station & then with the sports connect app. Also tried using the mobile phone app to transfer files via bluetooth and that doesn't work either.
I am able to see the workout that i logged yesterday on my watch (tomtom runner gps watch), but not sure where the problem is. Hoping someone to shed light on it. Thanks

    I am having the same problem. It is saying no new activity, yet there are several runs on the multisport. Is my connect gone, with no support, rendering the watch useless?
