I have a TomTom ONE XL for which I bought an updated map of the UK in 2017, for which you took my money. The map never downloaded and I am £35 out of pocket. Today I received an e-mail from you offering me a deal on a new TomTom as apparently you stopped supporting the ONE XL back in 2016. SO WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY.
I can find no way of communicating with TomTom to get my money back - as customer service does not seem to exist.
Why would I want to buy a new sat nav from a company that has ripped me off and doesn't communicate with its customers ?
