Subscription problem

i purchased a years subscription on google play store .still has months left to run but it is asking me to upgrade no free miles left .google play was no help at all .installed it to my phone and its saying the same as my android head unit in the car .

    I can see that your subscription is valid till March so it might be the case that you're not logged in on the App. Please see the public FAQ here to do so: Login to TomTom Account

    As it was a app from play store nothing is showing on my products. I can't find any purchase on Tom Tom account

    Sorted. On Tom Tom services on the app on my phone I found a sign in box it also signed in on my head unit in the car. ? thanks hope this helps others
