Reset loop

Duringa a training, under a bit of light rain, my runner 2 suddentley bloked. Altough i kept receiving the notifications acording to the activity that i had previously create, the watch never recover and after full discharge, when i plugged it on the computer asked for a reset.

I did everithing according to the reset procedures, but it keeps on looping and asking for reset again and again. i tried in diferent computers.

I contacted the costumer service, they replied and said that in two doys i would be contacted back. after a week ir never happened.

Dis someone else had the same kind of problem? both watch bloked and lack of support?

    I would try to perform a reset on your watch using the recovery mode, follow these steps:

    1. Place your watch in the dock before you connect the dock to the computer.
    2. On your watch, move DOWN but keep the button pressed. If the USB port on your computer is not easily accessible, connect the dock to the computer without the watch. Then move down from the clock screen while you slide the watch into the dock.
    3. Connect the dock to the computer. Keep pressing the button until your watch shows
    4. Release the button and wait for Sports Connect to show Update.
    5. Click Update in Sports Connect.

    If that does not work you need to follow up with Support, Since TT Sports went out of business well over a year ago they have cut back the support for watches so I imagine response time is slower. You will have to stay on top of them. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).
