I have a new Via 1615TM that I hooked up to my computer to get started. The first installation was interrupted and now it says that the map is corrupted. It won't let me delete/uninstall the corrupted map. I have read through various forums to try different methods of fixing this and nothing works.
I have:
-uninstalled the program from my computer
-deleted the local app data file
-rebooted the device
-put in an SD card to give the device extra memory
During the device reboot, I thought maybe everything was getting fixed, but it still stalled out and says there's no map available.
Help please!

My map download stalled after 60% on my Start 25. . I tried everything,. Support said it was my computers anti virus and firewall. Then they said it was my providers limitations. I stopped anti virus, firewall my provider did something but it still stalled at 60%. Reading the above I uninstalled Mydriveconnect, reinstalled and this time it offered updates. After doing the updates, it then worked. God knows why!!! But thanks for the help given here.
