VIA 1530 refuses voice commands

New Traveler
Device won't respond to voice commands; says I need to download computer voice. Not sure why b/c Lori and Richard (U.S.) are already loaded. Went online thru my acct & chose Bonnie but it doesn't download after putting into my cart. Not sure where to go from here.

You need Samantha as the computer voice for your device. If not there, call support to add to your account to download:
