Interval training

Hi I would like to use the interval training settings on my watch. For example 6x 1 mile efforts with 3 min recovery. At the end of my run I’d like to know the times of my 1 mile efforts. Is this recorded somewhere in the settings or can I do it manually with the Laps or splits settings. But remember I’d like to be in the interval setting so I don’t think I can access to Laps settings from here.

Knowing the the time of each 1 mile effort would really enhance my training.

    If you use Interval Training mode, on MySports there should a tab for the Intervals under the activity (at least there used to be).

    Hi thankyou I have found it. On the mobile app it only shows pace for the intervals but on the website ( desktop site ) it breaks it down more and I can see all the data for my intervals and my rest. It’s under splits above my activity.
