No routes possible on Go Mobile App (iPhone)

Hi,

ive downloaded the Tom Tom App on my IPhone. Been working until recently when my home destination now says no route possible. This only appears when I put in my home address. Any ideas??? I always manually input my post code.

    Welcome to the Community!

    I'm not sure what's causing this but can you check if the option 'Send your location to receive service' under Main Menu>Settings> System is enabled? Also, reset your iOS device by pressing the Home & On/Off buttons at the same time (hold them for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears) and see if this improves the situation.

    If this doesn't help, please reinstall the app on your iOS device and set the home location again.
