Update of Europe truck map

Trying to update the map of Europe for a Campervan, 3.5t. Update size was 8.9GB.
The update got to 93% and then failed. There is now no map at all on the TomTom. I can't find out the software running on the TomTom without a map on it! The TomTom is a Go Professional 620. My data allowance is now almost finished. We are in Europe without a working Tomtom.
