Update keeps looping 0% to 100%

Not resolved for me unfortunately. When I try and update my new GO 5100 it just goes into a continuous loop 0 to 100% again and again. I have run out of patience and have not got the time to keep trying so will take it back to the shop for a refund. I will not be buying any more TomTom devices for the foreseeable future as the updates fiasco is dreadful.

    Download & install the free version of Revo Uninstaller
    Revo first uninstalls the Program... Then scans and removes all of the left over files a normal uninstall leaves behind

    (1)... Uninstall MyDrive Connect Using the Revo Uninstaller
    (2)... Clear your browsers cache (Optional, but I find it helps)
    (3)... Restart your PC (Not Turn Off & Turn On again)
    Reinstall MyDrive Connnect (Without your device connected)
    Connect & Turn on your device... Login to MyDrive Connect

    The NAV4 GO 5000 / 5100, 8GB + micro-SDHC slot

    The GO 5000 / 5100 only Has 8GB internal memory
    Before you even install a Map the the device needs a Operating system (NavCore) + Minimum of 400MB working space

    The latest full Europe map is 8.166 GB (You can't split the Map across the onboard Memory and a Memory card)
    If you want the Full Europe Map...
    (1)... You need to install a branded 16 GB Mico SDHC Class 10 Memory card
    (2)... Install one of the smaller Europe MapZones
