Support chat service will not connect to server

have been trying to get into a chat for an issue with my golfwatch.

But jut get to a screen that is trying to connect to the chatserver - and just stays like that for ever!

Cannot find anyway to get through to TomTom to raise the query with them.

Any other thoughts please??

    Have just been trying again - but the same problem.


    I am accessing via tomtom.com/368 as per the recorded phone message after I had tried to telephone for support.

    So, feat that I am still stuck.

    Works for me... Which browser are you using?

    I have tried using it on Firefox and Chrome..

    Thanks - worked with Chrome fine.

    I am a IE user - as I don't like edge particularly, But this is the second instance of issues with IE these days. (Not related!!)

    Maybe I just have to grow up! Thanks for your help.
