Speed Cameras on device state expired despite new purchase and download

I've paid for an Speed Camera update for my Go400 but the device continues to state 'expired' despite loading updates onto the device ..and even uninstalling and re-installing speed cameras - how do I get the device to recognise that I have paid for anther year (it's worked fine previous years)?

    I would recommend that you contact customer service with the order number. They should be able to sort out any subscription issues on your account.
