TomTom Touch completely dead

I bought my touch with body comp in October 2018 and it has been working fine until this morning. The battery was almost full, no issues, until this morning when it suddenly died. No response from the button, my phones bluetooth cannot find it, and when plugged in to the computer it is not recognised, as if not plugged in. No display, no connectivity from the Sports Connect app, just a completely dead piece of plastic. I have tried leaving it on charge for several hours in the hopes it was a weird battery issue, I have tried plugging it in to a wall charger, I have tried a different charging wire. Nothing helps.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They can more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).
