Bought a new TOMTOM 6200 wifi
Connected up tried to update and message comes up
oops we are having trouble accessing tomtom services please try again later
I have a TOMTOM device already registered with TOMTOM My Device so should have been easy to add 6200 but NO luck
Not sure what is happening with tomtom is the server down
I have tried registering with a different email and password same problem
Tried a system reset

Do you see the red banner near the top of this window, saying there are currently server issues?

I have the same problem (new TomTom & having trouble accessing TomTom services) but no red banner that I can see; what is the point of this gadget if if this is the typical response? Think I'll be sending it back - it's hardly intuitive to use anyway.

Hello,
I have the same problem, my device is 3 months old and never showed me live traffic, to be honest I didn’t know how should need to appear until I have seen the same model to someone else.
So what I an trying to say is , live traffic is not working same error we are having trouble...
Anyone can help me out? What should I do?
