In beginning of January - my second watch strap broke. I have reported. to no avail.
I have two major events - one on Sunday 13th January: triathlon.

Major swimming two day event on 9th and 10th February. I am currently using ductape to keep strap together and have to replace it daily.
am now angry: the straps that Tom tom produce have been a major problem.

There has been a known issue with the straps for years and this is a major reason TomTom Sports went out of business over a year ago. Since all production ceased at that time, straps are getting harder and harder to find (and will eventually run out altogether. You can look on Amazon or eBay for authentic ones or knock offs or call Support to see what stock TT has.

The strap is covered under warranty (one year for the original one and 6 months for replacements). Either use the self-service site in the link below or contact Support and they will take care of it, assuming they have any left. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches). The best way to avoid damaging the strap is to not take the watch out of the strap when charging. It is designed so that the dock slips between the watch and the band which limits the amount of twisting. Also, when taking it on and off do not yank on the strap, pull it gently to the desired tightness then snap it in place, which puts less stress on rubber.

I hope this helps answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
