Go5200 can’t update or connect to mydrive.

I have a Go5200 last updated around 6 months ago. I’ve lost my traffic service even though it says it’s active. I get an oops something went wrong if try to update via WiFi. Get stuck on the find out how to update via WiFi page if connected to computer. I can’t do anything on mydrive because I get the one screen saying the same message and can’t click anywhere to advance. Have soft reset device several times and reinstalled mydrive several times too. Normal navigation works fine, but I brought the device to use the traffic update feature and now can’t update or use it.
