Cross Trainer Elliptical Machine - Which activity on watch measures it best?

Just looking for some feedback on which activity it is best to select on the watch when using the cross trainer in the gym - would this be "Gym" activity, "Treadmill" or is it best to use something else?

    You are best off using gym mode which will give you duration, HR and calories based on HR. Treadmill is meant for running on treadmills and will give you calories based on MET tables for running, not on your actual HR.
