For strap replacement, sent wrong strap

About broken strap- you sent the big strap, but I need small.
I can send it back but this is too big for me.

    This is a user forum, not a Support line. You will need to contact Support for this, although considering the scarcity of straps you may be lucky to get any size strap. TT Sports went out of business over a year ago and ceased all production so they may very well be out of small straps. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).
