GO 510 Free Lifetime World Map & Speed Cams not Possible

I have a G0 510 and I understand, I am entitled to a Lifetime World Maps and Lifetime Speed Cams free download and update.

I could not download any of these product from MyDrive. Is there something I am not doing right? Or how can these been done?

Is there anyone who can help?

    Download MyDrive Connect software from the following.

    https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/getstarted/p/2983

    One you have done this and logged into your account you should be shown any software updates etc available to you. Add your GO unit to the account if necessary.
