In the past the website was clear when it came to one to one support. I was able to create a ticket and after a few days i got an answer of the support team. Now the website brings you to all kind of information but the route to a clear location where you can create a support ticket is gone. When you take customers serious, contact to a support chanel should always be available in imho.
