Watch does not synchronize with the phone

Dear, I would like to know when tomtom will be releasing a new software version for spark 3 that allows data synchronization between the watch and Samsung J6 mobile phone. I have this problem.

    They will not be. TT Sports went out of business over a year ago and ceased all production and development. The watches are what they are and will not be changing. They are not adding compatibility to the app but may make changes to keep up with the BT versions, but even that is questionable. You are going to have to sync by computer or move to another brand.
